This is just wrong for the ministry to move these girls so many times. click here to learn more or read an excerpt below. I understand that sometimes you don’t get the home right but children should not be moved more than 3 times – once from the immediate family to the second home and then a third home if necessary. The third home should be well-researched. I would sugggest children spend time in a triage area and visit with potential foster parents in order to get it right before being assigned. Perhaps that would avoid moving them 7 times.


In previous testimony, jurors heard that the two children were in seven different homes in 18 months after being taken into care by officials in 2010.
