B.C school mandates all teachers and students wear latex gloves in classroom

This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard in my life. Its teaching students to be paranoid and possibly develop Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Latex is highly allergenic and increasing in tendency but its also bad for the environment. Click here to learn more or read an excerpt below. Instead of wearing gloves, we should be teaching our children to wash their hands.

It’s estimated that the average Canadian child has between 6 to 12 common colds each year. Which is why a school in Langley British Columbia has decided to implement a new policy that they hope will drastically prevent the spread of germs.
“Our kids are great, but they’re gross.”

Ms. Pamela Millet is a vice principal at Henry Irving Middle School and is the mastermind behind the program she is calling “Kid Gloves.”

“In order to stop the kids’ grubby hands from spreading germs we have decided to make all students and staff wear latex gloves, ” says Millet.

When asked if the school will be buying the gloves for each student,  Ms Millet responded by saying: “Oh my goodness no, we can’t afford to be doing that. Parents will have to supply their kids with the gloves.”
